Equipped with two extruders, the two-layer blown film machine can produce two-layer film with different materials/colors on each layer. The die-head design ensures good color separation on each layer.
Application: Agricultural film, mulch film, construction, detergent bags, heavy-duty bags, shopping bags, garment packaging, shrink film, consumer packaging, and many others.

1.It is used for blowing HDPE/LDPE,which has been widely used for producing compound film,agricultural covering film,and film for textile, clothing and other packing material.
2.Good quality screw & barrel, die head and air ring
3.Single winder or double winder
4.Main motor adopts frequency control of motor speed to improve the speed regulating stability of main motor and save power by 30%
5.The screw and material barrel adopt 38 CrMoAl which has been nitridized. The traction frame adopts lifting type. no matter what size the film is, it can achieve the best effect of cooling.
